I had a really bad experience at this place, here a small summary of what happen: 1) I was billed an additional 10 EUR just because a friend came to visit me, it stayed in my room for around 1 hour. 2) The staff didn't wanted to provide me the "Complaints book" so that I report this incident: in Portugal... This hotel is somewhat hidden in the small lanes. It is good in all aspects. There aren't many alternatives in the center of Covilha, and in the evening the town rather closes down too. They charged me more than the other places I stayed in North Portugal (offseason). The TV has BBC World. There is no public transport towards Torre.

I stayed in this inn with a good price/value for the night. The inn is cosy , very near the centre and the hospitality of the employees was very good. The room was nicely decorated with ceramic tile floor and a pretty small bathroom. The breakfast consisted only of bread,coffee,milk and cheerios and butter,cheese/ham.
