Newly refurbished rooms are clean and spacious, breakfast was good, the staff friendly and the swimming pool was a great way to cool down. 10 minutes walk to the city centre was a bit of a pain, specially in the warmest hours (we stayed in August)

Great hotel, good service, nice breakfast. Very modern from the outside but only a 10 minute walk to the centre of the old town and about 15 minute walk from Coimbra B train station with trains to Porto and Lisbon
