This Hotel is in the centre of Castelo Branco, which we have always found, is ideal for us and this review, therefore, is based on a number of visits.
The hotel is a modern 3 star with, mainly, good facilities and pleasant and helpful staff. The rooms are of a good size and the ensuite is good size and well equipped.
The outstanding qualities - the cleanliness of the rooms and pleasantness of the reception staff, whose english varies from adequate to very good.
Items for improvement - the lobby area lacks a proper lounge (although the bar is better) and an armchair in the room rather than a fold-up bed for sitting.
What is most outstanding is the value on offer. My advice is to not only find prices on appropriate websites but, also, to call the hotel to enquire about any deals they may have.
Overall, then, a good quality hotel offering exceptional value. more
