The hotel is well-situated on the canal near a mall, restaurants, and shops. It is within a 20 minute walk from the train station. Hotel staff were brisk and efficient rather than friendly or welcoming. The hotel has an impersonal feel to it. The “single room with courtyard view” was very disappointing. Apart from being tiny and sparsely furnished with... More

The hotel is right in the centre of Aveiro so all the attractions and restaurants are really close by. We had a room facing the canals and roundabout, which provided a beautiful view (but if you are a light sleeper take some earplugs with you because the traffic never stops). Our room was very nicely decorated and had everything we... More

Spent a night here with family and friends. It is a renovated hotel, with excelent location. Some rooms are small but nice, with the expected amenities. The lounge in the 1st floor is quite nice and has a vending machine with snacks and drinks. The breakfast is very nice.

This place is a real bargain compared to the overpriced neighbours: Even you won't expect from the decent small lobby (in between banks and restaurants, this recently renovated prooperty has spacious rooms with AC, a huge lounge area (next to breakfast room) and you'll stay in the middle of the "action" of Aveiro - plenty of restaurants for all budgets... The room was small, but well-equipped and elegant, the staff is friendly, very tasty breakfast (a lot of fresh fruites). Very good location- close to the shopping centre, bus station. Beautiful buliding and nice view to Aveiro canal

It is an old historical building in the city center. From our window we could see the Aveiro Canal, with the gondolas. It was a little bit like being in Venice. Our room was big, with a comfortable bed and the bathroom was equipped with all the amenities. The breakfast was more than adequate, with lots of tempting (toooo tempting)... More

Historic building with architectural interest. Renovated recently. Very Central (walking distance from bars, restaurants and shops). Very friendly. Confortable. Good breakfast. No parking near. Could be stressfull with the bags. Stayed there as a couple during a weekend to explore the city.

Right in the center of small city with easy walk to canals, and shopping mall. The services were great. The facility and breakfast dining place on first floor is superb! However, I find the room looks old and quite small. Good for short stay.

The location is ideal with views to the river. The room was enormous for the 3 of us (teenage son). A beautiful corner suite with plenty of natural lighting. The service is quick and energetic. A call to the front desk to change the bedding for our son from a playpen to a bed took less then 5 mins. The... More

We stayed for four days. It was a small double under the roof with a small window on the central roundabout of Aveiro, which has been built over the canal. So there is a nice view, but it is also noisy if you open the windows. You will keep them shut with air-condition anyway and the windows are astonishingly soundproof.... More
