The hotel is a good place to stay in Ponta Delgada. The rooms are clean and the staff are friendly and serviceminded. The location is great with walking distance to all the hot spots downtown and the harbour.

The carpet in our room was very dirty. The TV was an old cathode ray tube with bad quality image. The bathroom was also in bad shape with either old silicon in between the tiles or gaps. American-friendly staff. Well-balanced and comprehensive breakfast buffet. Terrific rooftop pool located next to fitness area and sunbathing. Room cozy and tastefully appointed. Will happily visit again on next Azorean vacation.
