This feels very much like a business hotel. Reception staff are pleasant and rooms are comfortable. Breakfast was a horrendous mess (of food and people). Great stylish hotel with excellent staff and service. The only slight negative is that the city centre is a bit of a walk (half an hour) but with the mild Azorean weather this isn't too much of a hardship! And the indoor swimming pool was shut from 1pm on Sunday which was disappointing. But I would go back here again. more
