A former music sool, 2 blocks from the mian street, this is the real Azores, history, chram, and great service... the restaurant has to be the best on the island. more
If you’re looking for excellent, exquisite service and beautiful architecture Hotel do Colégio is the place to stay. After spending 2 weeks at this hotel in Ponta Delgada we can highly recommend it!
Formerly a Music Academy from the 19th century Hotel do Colégio offers a beautiful environment with a very special ambience.
The hotel is located in the center of Ponta Delgada and all kinds of shopping are within walking distance. The sophisticated restaurant “A Colmeia” offers delicious and tasteful Azorean gastronomy with an elegant touch – well worth an enjoyable visit!
The Owner of the Hotel Mr. Fernando Neves and all his co-workers make it their business to make your stay a comfortable and unforgettable visit. We got a warm welcoming and throughout our stay we got well taken care of and we felt that none request of any kind were impossible to fulfill for Mr. Neves, Mr. Paulo Decq and all the staff.
