The location is the best just in the center of Ponta Delgada where main places can be reached by walking. The rooms are very simple, very old, but clean. I got a very big and nice room with a great bathroom (with tub) and a balcony with a fantastic view over the city and mountains in the horizon. I could even see a part of the marina. The bed was a bit hard and 2 nights I had trouble sleeping because of a lot of people have a party... More

Situated in the historical centre of Ponta Delgada, Alcides offers nice accommodation in a great location. The hotel is within easy reach of most tourist attractions in Ponta Delgada and located only a short drive from the airport.
