First things first. Staff were very friendly but when the facilities are poor no amount of customer service is going to assist. Now the main points: The hotel badly needs modernising. Take the Plasma screen and pay to use internet station away from reception and you're back in the 80's! Some old broken arcade machine and a broken pool table.... More
