I had high expectations for this hotel, but after my first day i was very disappointed. In my first day i had several problems: - Three hours to check-in ( I arrive 1hour and half earlier); - The room was not clean (1st complaint) - The bed for the baby was broken (2nd complaint); - The second bed for the... more

I stayed in this hotel for two weeks with my husband and 16month old baby, the hotel is in a brilliant location, staff were very attentive and accommodating. The reception staff were excellent and always ready to give advice and help where they can. Bar and restuarant staff were equally nice and welcoming, We stayed in a suite which was bright... more

I stayed at the hotel on my own and had a very relaxing time. The location on the marina is stunning and the beautiful beaches are just around the corner which stretch for miles. Food was very good and buffet service, I stayed half board, although on two nights the buffet wasn't available and a small a la carte menu... more

This hotel had a lot to experience. Clean, comfortable, a little bit thin walled. People love to smash te doors because of clamping. Hospitality is very good. And the Breakfast: Very very very good. Location to enjoy your breakfast: Unbelievable. In total: It is a very good place to be, not perfect, just very good. more

This hotel was beautiful but we stayed here in winter so it was cheap. I do not know whether i would stay here in summer. The staff member gave us a room which was being occupied, let me just say luckily there was no hanky panky to walk into! After being given another room where the sliding door broke, we... more

Had 1 bdrm apt and bedroom adjacent to street which was extremely noisy 3 nights, 1 night was carnival and the other 2 nights were Saturdays....partying went on until 6 am and oranges thrown at our window... more

This hotel was well run, clean and efficient. The room was sizeable with a small kitchen area and the staff very helpful. Breakfast was good with a great view over the water to the beach at Ferragudo. Dinner was reasonable quality if not very exciting. Being off season the main restaurant was closed but everything else was available i.e. the... more

Stayed two nights here, got a good rate, but it was October and out of season. The hotel was really pleasant, a few problems to begin with as the keycard stopped the electricity working in my room. But they did sort this out. What is nice about the hotel is the pool and atmosphere, its location is great if you... more

We booked last minute over the internet so we weren't really expecting much. However on arrival, we were pleasantly suprised. The hotel staff were smiley and courteous and the rooms were spacious and clean. We had a marina view too which was a bonus. Breakfast was included and it was the same choice every morning but what was on offer... more
