Good bits: Friendly staff (Sonia was working) Clean rooms and tidy beds Lovely powerful shower Very close to the railway station Bad bits: Like sleeping on the M25 Poor, unhealthy breakfast It's not free wifi as advertised Did I say it was noisy?!

I booked this hotel, for two reasons - proximity to Santa Maria Private Hospital, where my wife had an overnight stay, and because Trip Advisor stated that it had 'free Hi-speed wifi.' Wimbledon finals, World Cup semis, and British F1 GP all on the same weekend I arrived at around midday, no problem with parking in the street close to... More

We chose this place because we had an early train at 7a.m and it is very near the train station. If all you need is a place where to crash for the night, this quiet pension with friendly staff and quiet rooms is fine (if you plan to actually spend time in the hotel, there are nicier places in Faro).... We stayed here for one night in August 2013. We have stayed in some pretty basic hotels before on our travels, but this was the worst. I have never done a review before but I feel strongly about fore warning people about this hotel. We paid 70 euros for a double room for the night- wouldn't pay half of that.... More

I stayed here and I got the feeling they were not expecting me and my friend despite having the booking confirmation in my hand. The room was small with an old fashion TV and wi fi was difficult to get in the room. No welcome tea or coffee. My biggest gripe was the fact that I could hear the traffic... More
