we stayed in the apartments which are the furthest away from reception,shop & restaurant. We preferred this as you have a pool for the apartments which is quite big & not so busy as the main pool. The Quinta de Paraiso is a beautiful typically Portuguese complex. We have rented many private villas and the price you pay reflects the quality. We stayed at a villa in the Quinta do Paraiso result, Villa was great no problems although limited hot water, for showers....The resort is clean and friendly, although lacking in any real charm. I thought I should say a few words as there appears to be a paucity of reviews for such a substatial holiday complex in a popular destination on the Algarve.
