Our first impressions were good. The apartment is spacious with good air-conditioning and views from the balcony. Situated too far to walk to town and getting a taxi back to the hotel was a nightmare with very long queues, so unless you come to an agreement with the first nice taxi driver to collect you at another point, especially if... After arriving at 5pm we went to the pool bar for some drinks an it took 45 minutes to be served in a relatively small Que.! Staff very slow. Food options at meal times were ridiculous, maybe 2 hot options with typical sides of chips mash etc! Two dessert options! This was everyday. We payed 3000 for four people for... More

Having read previous reviews I was a bit unsure what to expect. We were staying for two weeks self catering which to be fair has very good facilities for this. However the nearest decent supermarket is 40 minutes walk away. The hotel has no shop on site although all signs within the hotel mention that it does. The hotel does... More

Had a fantastic holiday. Hotel was huge and very clean. Pool area was great with a large pool, childrens pool and a small jacuzzi pool. Poolside snack bar was good also. Rooms were very spacious and bathroom was a good size too. Food was good always something to choose from. Was worried when I saw all the negative comments however... More

I was feeling very anxious reading the reviews.. but when i went there it was nothing like the negative comments people left behind.. rooms are very very very spacious and clean. The pool is massive which means theres a lot of space to swim in. Food was lovely. Not 5 star but as long as it fills your belly. Only... More

My room was really big, kitchen, lounge, balcony, bathroom, bedroom, bed looked stained, soon got sick of having to take a taxi everywhere I went as its in the middle of nowhere but they have a gym, indoor pool, 2 outdoor pools, kids play area etc. The hotel manager (I think he says he was from Rwanda) was extremely nice... Just back from a week at this hotel with my partner and 2 daughters aged 4 & 5. Hotel is nice but is not catered for children. They have a small play park and pool. No kids club or childrens entertainment at night. Hotel food is awful although food at snackbar was good. We were all inclusive and were very... More

We booked this holiday through Expedia (who tried to rip us off but that's another story). Price wise it was quite good (in the end) for an 11 night stay. Having read some previous reviews we knew that the location was something we'd need to take on the chin. But being a 4 Star hotel we were confident it would... More
