Just returned from a girlie weekend. The hotel was very bright, roomy & spotless but what miserable and unhelpful staff. They work very long shifts but should not take this out on holidaymakers. We booked at the Alpinus based on the feedback from other reviewers and can honestly say that everyone got it right. So firstly, the upsides. Were able to check in upon arrival at 1030 which was a great start.. Met by rude staff and found the reception team very unhelpful throughout the week...
