We had a very nice stay at this hostel. It is very good located, you have the beach, bars and even some really nice traditional Portuguese restaurants near by. We practically lived on the beach or the roof terrace! The roof is really perfect in the hostel, we had breakfast and diner here every day! The only thing we had... More

Stayed here with a group of 13 guys on a stag do. We were all very happy with what we got. For the price we really couldn't grumble! For the price of what you would expect to pay for a night, if even that, we got three nights in the Orange Terrace. We arrived early on our first night and... More

This hostel is so so amazing: Even though it’s in the center of the city it is located in a quiet street and you only have to walk 5 minutes to get to the beach. The hostel itself is nicely done up and the terrace is a great place to chill and relax! If you are looking for a hostel... More

Rod, the hostel owner was terrific at helping us out and getting us around. He was an amazing host. The hostel itself was alright, the beds were okay, but it wasn't very clean in general. But you go to Albufeira for the beach, not to stay in bed all day. There are only two bathrooms, but I think the hostel... More

Orange terrace is a lovely authentic hostel right in the heart of the old town. You are literally 2 minutes from the busy squares full of cafes and restaurants. The place is kept very clean and run by really helpful enthusiastic staff. There are lots of unexpected freebies - especially the orange juice. Also they took the trouble to reprint... More

My boyfriend and I stayed at this hostel in a double room. We loved the accomodations this hostel had to offer such as the fresh squeezed orange juice and rooftop terrace. There is even a hammock under a beautiful nest of pink flowers which is great for relaxing after your day at the pool. The hostel is owned by Roy,... More

The hostel opened only a few months ago (beginning of 2013) and is run by a really nice German guy who cares a lot about everyone's well being. It is located close to the beach (3 min walk down hill), to shopping areas and bars (if you want to go to "the Strip" - the largest and most famous area... More

The orange terrace was centrally located and Roy has pretty much everything covered.freshly squeezed orange and the use of tea, coffee, cereal etc however I felt very excluded at times and wasn't cordially invited to any of the al fresco dining.i was ignored and felt that as I had stayed longer than the other guests that more effort could have been made.the...
