This hotel is very tastefully decorated and in a brilliant location. Breakfast is lovely but only served from 8am. We stayed in room to front that was absolutely tiny and no fridge. We then moved to sea view room which was much bigger and a fridge but there was a smell that was bit like sewage. Neither rooms had tea... More

A delightful small hotel. Good standards of housekeeping and comfortable, modern decor. Helpful, efficient staff. Breakfast good. Not a big pool but the view from the terrace is stunning. Despite the 'no kids' billing there were a few very young teenagers staying. Not an issue, but the hotel should live up to its promise in this regard. Good location in... More

This was our second stay in this hotel (first time was in 2010). Stayed for 1 night in June 2014. Location: Central (5 minute walk to the beach and 10 minutes into the centre where the bulk of restaurants and shops are) Room: This room was more compact than last time. I assume we were assigned a smaller space since... More

Sea view rooms are great, 'normally' very quiet at night but for the very odd late nighter returning, sea view room we stayed in was big and clean enough but had a bit of a smell when entering, not a disgusting or drainage smell but not most pleasant whiff when entering room, we decided as short stay just to bare... Don't get me wrong, I enjoyed my stay at Sao Vincente, but I don't think my family and I were what the management would consider ideal guests. We were deterred from parking in the carpark underneath the hotel, but not advised how easy it was to find a park on the street nearby which would've been appreciated, and discovered this... More

We stayed 2 nights at the hotel sao vicente in a sea view double room. It was good value with a balcon, individual air con and fantastic views. The room was reasonably sized and always quiet. Good bathroom, but no bath. Nice pool and a good breakfast. My only concern was a slightly uncomfortable bed.

Very nice hotel. Very clean, seems newly refurbished. The terrace overlooks the beach and has it's own pool. In the morning, you can have breakfast on the terrace overlooking the beach which is amazing. Extremely helpful staff who spoke perfect English. Short walk down some steps onto the beach. Short walk (less than 10 minutes) into the main square.

The hotel is on a superb location, walking distance to the beach and old town. The room is small but comfortable, clean and good value as it is. The breakfast area and the pool is gorgeous. The staff are helpful. Our only complaint is they want to charge Euro 2.50 for changing our beach towel daily.
