We booked this hotel last minute as we have had such a rubbish summer, it was marvelous, the reception staff were excedingly helpful, and as we asked for a quiet apartment without too many stairs and that was granted too, The only thing I would say is don't go all inclusive, unless you enjoy v loud music as the pool...
