Lovely rooms but we has 2 children and kids club was beyond terrible. There was only one rep and she spent her time on her mobile & not interested in english children. My partner and I spent 7 nights here.. our check in and welcome was fantastic. Room was lovely - quite small considering it was a double delux - v.small bathroom too for a 5* however very modern clean and comfortable. They don't replemish tea and coffee and no milk is provided.
