As the title says, choose carefully with this one as it has it pros and cons this hotel, the latter winning the most comments. Staff wise, they are always there at reception as advertised but are somewhat stand offish and insular to be honest. I have just returned from 11 days at the Silchoro Apartments Albufeira. Unfortunately it was an experience never to be repeated. On the 2nd day my daughter and myself were jumped on and mugged round the corner from the apartments on our way home from dinner. too 2 hours for police to come and they were not interested.
