“Ruined by the noise”

We arrived at the hotel at 11.30 pm and were shown to our room. It was good size, well equipped and clean. However it soon became apparent that we were right above a sports and karaoke bar. On arrival at 12noon we were advised that we could not check in until 5pm and that we would have to check out at 10am. Also the room we were given was located above a bar and was very loud and noisy. Thank you for your feedback. We are sorry you did not enjoy some aspects of your stay. Unfortunately we had a very wet March/beginning of April and the buildings in the Algarve are not equipped with guttering hence the noise of the water falling. We will investigate the gym equipment and have passed on your comments to the restaurant manager. More
