Best equipped apartments we have ever been to. Fridge and freezer, kettle, toaster and full size cooker. Loads of pots and dishes. We stayed in one of these apartments for a week in October 2007. Although on a main road, these apartments are first class, very spacious and very clean. Bars and all types of restaurants near by and a supermarket opposite. People in Praira du Oura very friendly and beaches clean and sandy. more

These apartments are well equiped with kitchen appliances, full size cooker,fridge/freezer, toaster and kettle. We stayed in these apartments for 2 weeks in Aug 2005,It's set in an excellent location,very close to the Strip and restaraunts,supermarket etc just over the road ..the pool was brilliant and my 2 girls loved it,The staff were very nice and the apartments were spotless. The Carruna apartments are clean, secure and homely. Maids clean everyday other than Thursdays and Sundays. Clean towels daily. Pool to the rear is lovely with flowers and lime trees bordering the grass. Also a small aviary. A shower for pool users. Me and my boyfriend went for our first holiday together to these apartments at the start of june and loved them so much we went in a huff coming home. Brilliant location near the busy strip but far enough away not to be affected by the noise or feel you are in too much of a touristy area. Taxi rides... more

we have just come back after 2 weeks in praia da oura these apts are really good very clean and spacious maids come in most days with clean towels etc a lovely pool area at the rear, would recommend eating at paulu pizzeria across the road also agapito restaurant only one grumble hubby could not sleep for traffic noise which... more

Ideal place for us to stay, excellent apartments and a brilliant location. Good beach and good bars, plenty of food outlets but do not go near the chinese down by the roundabout, alot of people including myself went down with a bad stomach after eating there. I can recommend these aprtments to anyone. more
