We were upgraded to a suite and it was fantastic. The terrace was huge and overlooked the pool and provided views of the city wall. The staff was very helpful, and provided excellent restaurant recommendation. Parking was great and worry free. Can't say enough about how nice this place is. Although the setting is a bit impersonal, this is an extremely pleasant hotel. We had a balcony over the swimming pool and everything was remarkably clean. Buffet breakfast was excellent. more

The great surprise is of this hotel is to place a modern hotel inside the walls of an old (and beautiful city). However, it fits the architecture and doesn't spoil the place. This hotel is very well located right against the old city walls so you can walk to all the historic sites. Our room was spacious and clean, as was the bathroom.
