We came to Ang Khang Nature resort for a week's break from work and were very glad we did so. Ang Khang temperatures in May are sub tropical and equal to a good summer in more northern or southern climes. Early morning walks were refreshingly cool followed by hot afternoons cooling again for the evenings. The hotel itself we found... More

This was my second visit to this resort and a lot more relaxed than my last visit in 2013. I knew what to expect and was looking forward to staying. I drove from Fang, along highway 1249 which is the steepest road in Thailand that I've encountered so far. It is so steep that it is scary, but my Toyota... More

When traveling on the Man Hong Song Loop this is a great stop; we stayed for two nights and very much enjoyed the area. Hotel a little old, but the area, the parks, nature, easily make up for any lacks of the room. Note: it does get a little cold at night and NO heater! They supply electric sheets...but really... Although its room is exactly the same as when I were here 20 years ago, it is still the best one here. The temperature will drop so fast at night in such high altitude, so be prepared. They provide electric sheet on the mattress. The bed is fine. The downside is that its shower handler is fixed in bad position... More

This hotel is good for travel in any period as the weather is always nice. The resort is not too far from the attractions. Staffs are friendly and helpful. The electric blanket made us warm even it was about 4 degrees in the night and morning.

Love their bed .. It keeps you warm over night. The place is very close to the garden station & the market. The breakfast is good .. There's egg station .. Thai corner .. Fresh salad bar (4-5 kind of veggy) .. and the famous pig leg in case you didn't get to have it on the walking street. The... More

We arrived to a lovely reception area only to be duped; When we opened the door to our room we were almost knocked unconscious by the waft of mould,as my vision returned I saw a wall to wall carpet that looked like it came from a monsoon bus terminal. We requested another room but all seemed the same MOULDY,so we stayed. In the... First, I wish to clarify the rating. Compared to other hotels, this is a 3-4. Compared to what else is available in town, it is a 5. Please read on. I have also included some comments on the best way to get to the town and the Royal agricultural project. This hotel is a lovely place to stay, but it... More
