We have just returned from a 3 nights stay at B&B DePoytze. Paul & Mimi made us very welcome from the start. The breakfast is plentiful and Paul always offered us to take some rolls for lunch. Paul has a great sense of humour and knows the area very well. We cannot wait to return again next year if Paul... More

This was the last night of a 9 day tour of the WW1 battlefields and proved to be a wonderful way to finish a memorable experience. Paul and Mimi were superb hosts and provided a wonderful breakfast including home made apple juice, pressed from their own trees, waffles, a superb range of cheeses, ham and cured meats plus a bottomless... Staying with Paul and Mimi really helped to make our visit to Flanders so memorable. Fantastic food and great hosts, with a wealth of hospitality and advice. A lovely house in a great location too. I would love to stay here again!

My Father and brother recently stayed at De Potyze whilst travelling around the WW1 sites in France and Belgium. They could not speak more highly of this B&B. Paul and Mimi made them feel right at home - extremely friendly and helpful. The location was perfect, the food was delicious (and plentiful) and it far exceeded their expectations. Value for... I stayed at this B&B in late May for a couple of nights with my Father-in-law as we booked a short trip to see some of the WW1 memorial and battlefield sites. The B&B was perfect. We took both the upstairs rooms which were both extremely comfortable, well-appointed and clean (always my number 1 requirement when staying away!) Most impressive... More

Having never visited Belgium before, we read reviews on Tripadvisor and decided to stay for four nights at De Potyze. This was probably one of the best decisions we have ever made. The hosts, Paul and Mimi, are so very welcoming, friendly, generous and knowledgeable about how to make the most of your time in Belgium. Fabulous breakfast with omelettes... More

This is the first time I have written in Trip Advisor and I have been decided to do so having stumbled on this truly excellent B and B. The location is perfect to be able to walk into Ypres, whilst being surrounded by attractive countryside. The rooms are very comfortable and both the house and its garden are beautiful. However,... We stayed with two friends and took two motorbikes,(which we were able to keep in the garage locked away at night), and this was our second time with Paul & Mimi.Yet again we had a great stay. They are two lovely people and cannot do enough for you. The rooms and bathrooms are spottless and the breakfast amazing, especially Paul's... More
