This is a beautiful location a few kilometres from the centre of Ypres. The garden and house are immaculate as is the accommodation. We visited the area during Easter which also included ANZAC Day 2011. Paul and Mimi were so hosiptable and welcoming. Wondeful hosts! The rooms were lovely, breakfast a feast, in a truely wonderful Belguim location with amazing views of the countryside around. Anyone looking to stay in Belguim, I would therefore definitely recommend staying here; evening it as a base for other activities, such as walking, cyclying, visiting WW1 memorials, and Yypres.

Lovely quiet setting with a wonderful garden in the countryside, very close to downtown Ieper. Paul and Mimi are gracious hosts serving an excellent farmfresh breakfast! Paul's apple juice was absolutely superb. Very clean and modern room and amenities - would very definitely stay here again.
