This is a fantastic family run guest house. Stayed in a double / family room for 2 nights b&b. The room was spotless and very spacious with a nice comfy bed. Breakfast is superb, cereal, bread, pastries, choice of cooked eggs bacon etc...you won't go hungry. The walk into the centre of town / market square takes less than 10... More

Very close to everything, the breakfast is fantastic, and the hosts are very helpful and great to talk to. I wish we could have stayed longer. Would stay again if back, and have already recommended to friends and family.

If you are visiting Ypres without a car this B&B is within easy walking distance of the main attractions - the Flanders Fields Museum, Menin Gate, good restaurants and the railways station for trips further a field. The only drawback for us was the 'open' toilet and shower in the bedroom. Not what what we are used to or desirable... More

We only stayed for one night but we had an excellent stay. The house and the service were fantastic and in a great location only a few minutes walk to the square. Very accommodating and fantastic value for money.

This was our second stay in 2014. We were over to see the unveiling of a statue at the nearby Ariane Hotel to two amazing nurses in WW1 known as the Angels of Perveyse, Mairi Chisholm and Elsie Knocker. Look up the amazing story of their bravery. Our hosts Peter and Greet are unbelievably welcoming and friendly. They cannot do... More

I travelled to Ypres a couple of weeks ago with my father and sister to see the war graves and visit the museums. This B&B is only a three minute walk to the main town square and its attractions. It is also only about a 5 minute walk from The Menin Gate. We had a lot of trouble trying to... More

We stayed here for a couple of nights, overall it was a very good experience. Peter was a very welcoming host, and was able to give us lots of advice about Ypres. The WiFi did not work very well in our room as we were on the top floor, however Peter explained this to us at the beginning of our... More

Myself and 2 friends stayed here on a trip to the WW1 sites. Peter was very helpful (even picked us up from the station as a couple of us were not very mobile on this trip!) and friendly. Rooms large and comfortable though, as another reviewer says, beware no doors on bathrooms! Certainly on my list for next visit.
