A very ground floor with lift, very clean and we slept in a king size bed and a walk in shower and breakfast was wow choose from several items whatever you like and as much as they can eat!!!! Amazing . Even we both are profoundly deaf and I use a wheelchair, the staff at Brussels airport are very aware... More

My group thought it was one of the best hotels that they have stayed at in the 21 years I have been organising such trips to the Battlefields. It has excellent facilities. The food was good and plentiful. There was no problems with catering my group especially as there were three other groups in the Hotel. Breakfast was all you... More

Situated just outside of Ypres town centre, with free parking, this is a basic hotel that works well as a rest stop or somewhere to spend a couple of days. Don't expect luxury but its clean, comfortable, quiet, with friendly helpful staff. There's a restaurant (didn't try it) and a small bar. Inclusive breakfast was fine, and at the prices... More

Located about 5 minutes drive from the centre of Ypres, ample parking and quiet location. Clean and tidy with usual facilities. Staff were very friendly (as we found in Ypres with everyone we came across). Breakfast ample with some hot dishes such as scrambled egg/sausages/beans and pastries. Corridor's done in a "dug-out" style, in keeping with location. Ideal base for... More

Been here for two nights. Im a coach driver and from my company there was another double decker coach from UK with more than 100 students and teachers. The service was excellent and the rooms very clean and tidy. But it's a shame that not even a welcome drink we had,

Stayed for 1 night on school battlefields tour. Basic but clean. Meal of gammon, peas and croquettes followed by mousse. Bowls of extra given to staff. Self service breakfast and packed lunch making - plenty provided. Water does taste weird! Connecting Flanders lodge seems better quality and probably where general public stay. Ok for the purpose and little time spent... More

Stayed here for 2 nights on a school trip. Water was undrinkable and tasted like it had loads of chemicals in it, and the food wasn't that much better! Staff were not very friendly and certainly didn't feel welcome. Entertainment section also had missing ping pong bats and balls for the table football. Rooms were ok but weren't the cleanest.... Stayed here recently as part of a battlefields trip. The beds were comfortable and the shower was consistent in its temperature. There was a few floors and numerous school groups and you could hear noises from nearby rooms and above. The meals were terrible & the gf breakfast was a roll, no fruit. Considering we were out for the most... More

Stayed with a school group on a battlefields trip. Hotel was very basic, my room was basically clean (though not spotless.) One really off putting thing was the dirty shower curtain, it really put me off showering! Bed was however comfortable enough, and hotel was generally quiet. I was on ground floor however and some students were on the 1st... More

It is very much us and them ! The area for school trips is basic but adequate. The room numbering seems a bit random and our group was spread around and difficult to supervise. Food was basic but on the small side in terms of portions just a main course followed by a corneto one night and a mouse on... More
