We had booked a 3 bed room suitable for a disabled person. The third bed was a z bed which was not suitable as it was too low for a disabled person to get in and out of. My husband ended up sleeping on it, or rather did not sleep on it as it was so uncomfortable, in the morning... More

rooms nice clean and well equipped. location perfect 2 minutes walk from the city centre parking plenty choice and it is easy to find the hotel. service nice, people will smile on arrival and departure, service at the bar and restaurant also I would highly recommend this hotel for an historical week end

Excellent location with service and attention to detail to match. Meals taken at the hotel eg breakfast and dinner were of a good choice and substantial. Will certainly stay here again when in the area.

The hotel is only a 10 minute walk from the train station and is ideally located just off the main Market square and the Menin Gate is about 400 yards away. Located in the centre of Ypres, within walking distance of the city's major attractions. We arrived with a busload worth of tourists, but check-in went uneventful. The atmosphere is "French, business-style", but that's what the Novotel chain stands for. One critical comment concerns the breakfast, which is overpriced with EUR 20/person and many competing small cafes around.

Well located near the main square and Menin gate. More attention should be paid to detailed cleanliness.
