We booked this B&B for one of our clients, a single lady traveller, it was ideal, lovely and clean, very welcoming, stairs might prove tricky for older people but Sophie was very helpful and made our client feel very comfortable, we will be booking more of our clients here in the futeure, ideal for a short stay.

We only stayed for 2 nights whilst visiting Ieper, but @Cocoon was a wonderful place to explore from. Lode is extremely welcoming, the rooms are smartly decorated, the beds are very comfortable, the location is so convenient and the breakfasts are just wonderful. Strongly recommended.

Excellent location, right in the middle of Ypres. Menin Gate, Cloth Hall and Market Square at walking distance. Quality service and breakfeast (choice between English breakfast and Continental breakfast). Very friendly and helpfull owners. Suitable for (small) children. No pets allowed (which was a plus for us) Comfortable room with shower / toilet/ TV. Seperate beds (put against eachother)
