We stayed in this hotel for two nights this week. what can we say, it was just fabulous. Finding it so hard to say anything remotely critical about the hotel. The lovey guy who cleans the room and makes you your breakfast in the morning was so fabulous really friendly just lovely the lady who owns the hotel who greets... More

We had an excellent 3 night break in Leper thanks to Jo and her Sabbajon B&B. her hospitality was second to none, spending time with us as we arrived to make sure we knew where to go for eating and sightseeing. Once we had arrived we could use the B&B all day long which meant that we only needed to... More

Stayed here for 2 nights at the beginning of June, 2014. We were requested to arrive between 18.00 and 20.00 hrs. However, on arrival at 18.00 hrs, we could not get in, so we telephoned the owner who gave us a code number to enter into the security system which gave us access. Our room / front door key was... We enjoyed bank holiday weekend in Ypres. It is a fabulous place and Sabbajon is ideally situated in the heart of the town. Very clean and tidy with spacious rooms. Beds and showers are very good. We stayed with our 2 young children, they shared the room with us and we had a great time. Parking is available on the... More

This was a lovely B&B located close to the centre of Ypres. The room was not just clean and modern, but was comfortable and well presented with everything you could need. The shower in particular was excellent. The host was a lovely lady, helpful and able to offer advice. Breakfast was plenty, with a good choice of cold options. There... More

Say here for Jo's great welcome and hospitality - stay here for the stunningly relaxing room decor - good breakfast - and dinner at Old Tom!! Our second visit here but several to Ypres - classy town and the 20.00 service at the Menin Gate should not bemissed

We booked for one night and our teenage daughters had the green room and my husband, myself and our 9 year old had the orange room. Each room was immaculate, fresh, spacious and very well equipped. The bath and shower were luxurious as were the beds. Jo the owner showed us to our rooms and talked us through the heating... More

My partner and I said overnight in the B&B saBBajon. Jo the owner couldn't have been more helpful before our arrival. We requested a gluten free breakfast and it was provided and more. We stayed in the beautiful Gentle Grape Room. The open plan room may not be to everyone tastes, but we loved it. The hotel is modern and... More

I stayed in the sweet chocolate room for 1 night and couldn't find a fault with anything. The room was lovely, really spacious and very clean. It is right in the centre of Ypres, 2 mins walk (if that) from the main square. I also liked the free parking. Breakfast was continental and consisted of toast, your choice of eggs... More
