The photos taken are not that recent. The place is just very worn and tired. The room we stayed in had a white carpet with many stains on it. This place just needs a major clean. The restaurant was not open so no food, I was told the chef was on holiday. The place is massively under staffed with the... More

i spent two nights in this hotel. They work with ipods which is funny and cool, however my ipod was not charged well so did not work nice. It is a strange hotel as the halls are dark and you have the feeling you are in prison. The rooms though are nice and spacy. Great Hansgrohe showers but everything gets... More

I booked 5 rooms on Expedia for 9 members of my family. We were on a visit to a WW1 cemetery where my great uncle was buried. Upon arrival I was told there was no record of my booking and they didn't have the rooms as the hotel was fully booked. The female receptionist was completely humourless and seemed to... More

Dear Mr Dale Thank you very much for your review about our hotel. I remember your case very well since I was the barman as you so kindly refer to. Unfortunately there was a miscommunication between our reservations and front office so all of the rooms got cancelled instead of just one as you asked. I'm glad about the review... More

Visited this hotel whilst on a business trip. The reception staff were quiet friendly but being a non technical person could not figure why I was given an iPod! And got no explanation! The room was nice, trendy and clean but too cold for my liking! The white washed room and no picture frames give the room a cold feeling.... More

Fawlty Towers might sound harsh but it was my experience. Booked into via Belgian business partner who recommended it after having a Christmas Party at the D-Hotel. Monday night the restaurant was closed (not sure if this is regular), Tuesday was booked for private party (a note under my bedroom door did inform of this, however I only received this... More

Dear Sir Thank you very much for your review about our hotel. I'm very sorry about the inconveniences you have known with our hotel one year ago. But I'm glad to tell you that a lot has changed since last year. Our restaurant has been updated so we have new menu's every season. We are indeed closed on mondays and... More

Upon arrival we were impressed by the building, but after that, it all went downhill. - curtains with mould stains - sheets with burned spots - weird smell all over the place - stained permanent rug We'd also made reservations in the restaurant: -The "home made" shrimp croquettes had a distinct form, the kind you find in the frozen section... Ipod as part of you door key is cumbersome, but once you remove the ipod it is doable. No light switches in the room. Took me a few minutes to figure it out. I thought I might have to call the desk for help on making my room work. Everything is controlled by a small panel on the wall which... More

In my opinion, a wonderful hotel in a gorgeous city. Extra large and extremely clean rooms, cozy and super comfortable. All the staff is really polite and kind. They don´t hesitate on helping you always with a smile. I would reccomend this place always. Thanks for such a beautiful weekend.

We had a lovely stay at this hotel during the week, especially because we had a promotion of 119 euro for 2 nights 2 persons breakfast and use of the wellness facilities. The people are very friendly, the room was perfect for us (picky persons might find it an issue that the toilets are not separated from the bedroom, and... More
