The hotel has a central town location, but is in some distance from the sea side. Rooms are Ok and service good. Prices are reasonable and the stay gives value for the money. The breakfast is below average. Selection of food is scarce.

We chose this hotel as the reviews were excellent and the price was very good compared to a lot of hotels in Ostend. I emailed to see of they could arrange parking and was told that we could pre-book parking in their private garage in advcane. This was ideal- perfectly secure and only 15 euros per night in the city... More

The ferry [terrible it was – full of smoking lorry drivers] from Ramsgate to Ostend was a good way to travel to Krefeld, Köln and Aachen and a useful stopping-off point on the way back before the morning sailing was the Hotel Burlington in Ostend. A good boutique hotel with potentially good views [but not from our room] and although... More

My partner and I stopped here for two nights at the end of October, check in was efficient quick. The room we were given was on the third floor room no 31. The room was clean and pleasant overlooking the main shopping street and the hotel entrance. The bed was very comfortable and the room was nice and warm. Breakfast... More

We stayed at this hotel from 9 September for three nights. We were allocated a room at the very top of the hotel which was quite awkward to get to with our cases. The room was quite small and hard to move once the cases were inside, but the room itself was clean and pleasant. Tea and coffee making facilities... More

I booked a twin bedded room here 3 weeks before arrival, but the hotel allocated us a double room and could not change rooms because they were full. The receptionist was unhelpful resolving the issue but did eventually find a fold-up bed for me to sleep on. I have since spoken to the manager by phone advising him I was... More

Dear Sir, Thank you for your review and we're sorry to hear that you didn't enjoy your stay with us. Unfortunately, the selection between a twin bedded and a double bed is a preference, a request and is never guaranteed. We always do our best to meet all requests, but it isn't always possible. The moment you've called me I... More

Stayed here for 3 nights and was very impressed. Roof top relaxation on supplied sun loungers. Rooms were immaculate and the bed was so comfortable. Shower was great and breakfast buffet was outstanding. Staff very helpful, especially when my girlfriend decided to leave a bag of souvenirs in a restaurant the staff rang though and helped recover it. Would highly... More
