My wife and I stayed here for two nights 24th & 25th September. Upon arrival we were impressed with the stylish reception. The location of the hotel is perfect. However our room, No. 42, was poor. The laminate edges of the furniture were broken away. When we entered the room we could smell tobacco smoke. It turned out that the... More

We stayed in a family room. It was by far one of the largest hotel rooms we've ever stayed in. When we first walked in, there was a hallway entrance, which led to two small bedrooms and one large bedroom. There were a total of 5 beds in our "suite". There were two small bathrooms. There was no counter space... More

We were warmly received at reception - quick check, good room with good facilities. Buffet breakfast well stocked. Very cheerful and helpful staff. The only downside was the early morning traffic noise, mainly lorries making deliveries. Would definitely stay here again.

located at the beginning of the Kappellestraat, known for all its shops. The place was rather crowded when we were there and I got the impression there was not enough oxigen inside. Appearently the staff thought so as well, so they opened up a door so the fresh (cold) air could come in, which made other customers complain about the... More

Visited this Hotel, 12th to 16th May 2014. It was a most enjoyable stay, all the staff were pleasant and tried to help on all occasions. The Room was clean (No 51) had a king size bed and a partial view of he harbour. The TV had BBC channels so news and evening programs were available. The breakfast was buffet but... More

The hotel has a central town location, but is in some distance from the sea side. Rooms are Ok and service good. Prices are reasonable and the stay gives value for the money. The breakfast is below average. Selection of food is scarce.

We chose this hotel as the reviews were excellent and the price was very good compared to a lot of hotels in Ostend. I emailed to see of they could arrange parking and was told that we could pre-book parking in their private garage in advcane. This was ideal- perfectly secure and only 15 euros per night in the city... More

The ferry [terrible it was – full of smoking lorry drivers] from Ramsgate to Ostend was a good way to travel to Krefeld, Köln and Aachen and a useful stopping-off point on the way back before the morning sailing was the Hotel Burlington in Ostend. A good boutique hotel with potentially good views [but not from our room] and although... More

My partner and I stopped here for two nights at the end of October, check in was efficient quick. The room we were given was on the third floor room no 31. The room was clean and pleasant overlooking the main shopping street and the hotel entrance. The bed was very comfortable and the room was nice and warm. Breakfast... More
