We booked this room for three nights and had three perfect nights sleep. The hotel was clean, rooms well lit and the spacious bathroom included two sinks with two hairdryers and, ladies, an extra magnified make -up mirror! Perfect if you're sharing on a girlie trip! The railway station WAS about three minutes away so easy access to Bruges (a... More

Our room was a little small, it was clean and comfortable the view from the window was of the fire exit and lift shaft. The bathroom was clean but the toilet was not properly fixed to the floor and rocked when sat o n. The shower was not great for aiming in the right direction. bathroom clean though. I asked... More

Had been booked into a different hotel, but booking got changed before visit. So pleased it was changed. Hotel was in a great location, right at one end of the main shopping street. We had a room overlooking main street and harbour. Noise was minimal, although street cleaner does come along early in the morning. 10 mins stroll to the... More

My wife, baby and I stayed for two nights in one of the luxury (= refurbished) rooms. We were happy to be able to check in early and the requested baby bed was already installed. The room was spacious enough and clean. However the refurbishment showed some flaws. I believe it is a pitty they used good quality materials for... More

Well located in adjacent to the main shopping street. The rooms have been upgraded and are smart and functional. The staff were friendly and the breakfast good. Parking near the hotel can be a problem especially on Thursday the local market day. Free wifi. More

The hotel is situated 300 meters from the station, if you have heavy bags, taxi doesn't drive there, it's too close. But it is in the opposite direction from the sea. We stayed in a standard room, 4 floor. The room and bathroom were of a normal size. The furniture was old, the bathtub and toilet were extremely old with... More

As part of a group of 20+ people we recently stayed at the Hotel Burlington in Ostend. Our coach is normally greeted by one of the hotel staff where we stay but this did not happen at this hotel. Our group organiser sorted the rooms and the VERY SMALL lift made it a long job to take yourselves and your... More

After much searching on websites for good quality hotels in Ostend we picked this one. We only stayed one night as a stopover on a trip to Germany. Normally I like to find a four or five star hotel and one that has either some history, well located or one of the best in the town, but the two that... More
