The best advise I can give anyone is STAY AWAY FROM THIS HOTEL! Apart from the receptionists the most of the staff were rude and unhelpful. The food was inedible and the rooms were dirty.There were no facility for making tea or coffee, and we were told we could not have a kettle in the room.

Excellent services, perfect accomodation, booking easy and good communication. We really enjoy our stay and the SPA center. Could just be nice to be informed by the welcome desk that we must reserved our dinner each day. Perfect situation. To be really recommended.
