Stayed here on a 5 day, all inclusive xmas market holiday. The brochure states full baggage handling throughout the trip, which we thought was ideal as my 73 year old disabled mother & I. After reading your reviews on the Astor we went with some anticipation when we arrived we found that it was very clean better equipped than most hotels the only thing missing was tea making facilities. The staff were friendly and very helpful. the food was good and plentiful all this helped to make our 4 days in Ostend very enjoyable. more

Have stayed here previously on 2 other occassions, but this time it seems rather shabby, carpets in room very dirty, mirror in bathroom hanging off wall,lots of wires hanging from t.v. on wall.
