Been there 2nd time, did not like the room given (it was just re-painted), were given similar immediately. Service is absolutely great. Will definetely stay again if in Ostende. more

The location of the Andromeda hotel is perfect, on beach front, inside town and next to the casino. Room is clean and ok in size. The hotel lobby, waiting room and common area are impressive. Ostende is a great city but unfortunately it has no decent hotel. The Andromeda is with no doubt the most expensive hotel around but it offers poor service (breakfast is a joke, staff at reception does not bother with your requests, housekeeping is a mess, bar staff is nowhere to be seen etc.) but the worst is yet to come... more
