We had a great stay at Dukes Palace. The hotel is in a really central location and as long as you request a garden facing room, it is really peaceful. We came with our one year old son and there was a cot in the room already provided and the staff always rushed to give us a high chair at... More

A really wonderful hotel in a restored palace, as the name implies. Elegantly furnished throughout, attentive and friendly staff, a very quiet yet central location, and simply wonderful views over the city. Breakfast was fantastic - the bottles of prosecco and the slabs of Callebaut chocolate are a great touch - and although we didn't eat in the restaurant, it... More

Stayed here for two nights last week and one word. Fabulous!!!! Upgraded garden view room was lovely and huge, the bar areas are very nice and relaxing. The breakfast is special and a real treat. Catered well with my Gluten Free diet. The location is perfect to discover Brugges... You will not be disappointed....enjoy!

I was in Brussels on Business and decided to stay for a tourist long weekend in Bruges (1hour by frequent train from Brussels). My wife joined me. It was a treat weekend so we went for the style of one of the larger Deluxe Double rooms in the old part of Dukes. Very nice. You are less than 2 minutes... More

We stayed for 4 nights at this lovely 5 Star hotel in the heart of Brugge. The garden room was wonderful, quiet, very well appointed and everything you would want in a 5 star hotel. The breakfast was especially decadent and where else do you get huge slabs of chocolate and bubbly to have with breakfast. Two small gripes that... More

Visited Bruges in July for 2 nights, and stayed at this Hotel. Had a wonderful trip and found the hotel perfect. Perfect location just off the main square. Had garden view room which was lovely with all facilities that you would want. Visited the spa facilities which weren't huge but more than enough for a quick sauna or steam. Car... More

What a lovely hotel this is. We stayed from Friday to Sunday earlier this month and the whole experience could not have been better. The hotel is located very close to the main railway station and is really centrally located. The garden area is very nice and has some excellent areas to relax and chill. Rooms were fine with everything... More

Dear WarrenandHelen, How nice to read your review! I am actually very pleased you mention the whole experience couldn’t have been better. It’s nice to hear you absolutely adored your room and that you loved returning to the hotel after a day of sightseeing in Bruges. Imagine what the former aristocrats must have felt like back in the days! Thank... More

For a 5* hotel I expected a little more customer service. The greetings and interaction from the staff was luke warm. However, the accommodations were exceptional. The water ran hot and cold throughout my shower, but the bed and furnishings were quite comfortable. The breakfast was decadent! I've never had chocolate crapes for breakfast before - now I'm hooked.

Dear Cheryl L, Thank you for taking your time to write a few words on our hotel. I am happy you chose us but am a little saddened by the fact you consider we need to work a little on our customer service. I know the hotel staff is doing their upper best every day to attend to everyone's needs... More

My surprise trip to Bruge was based around this delightful hotel. Everything was 5 star, from the welcome at reception to the ever helpful bar and restaurant staff. Nothing was too much trouble. The rooms overlooking the garden was so tastefully decorated and comfortable. During my stay I took the opportunity to make use of the Sauna and Health Club... More

Dear accommodations, Thank you so much for taking the time to share your experiences online. I read your stay at Hotel Dukes’ Palace was actually part of a surprise trip to Bruges! And what a lovely surprise to be staying in a hotel that used to be the residence of the Burgundian aristocracy! It’s the only 5-star hotel in the... More
