We stayed at the end of April and loved this hotel. Upgraded to a suite, it was a wonderful base for exploring the city's sights. Everything was perfect, a comfortable superking bed, lovely breakfast including chocolate and fizz and a rare one for us, a cosy bar with very reasonable drink prices. We returned to the bar every night for... More

After traveling for thirteen hours, we finally arrived in Bruges for our girls weekend! Finding the hotel was a bit difficult at 3am, many streets were closed for a parade the next day. Checkin was very professional/friendly and they assisted us with our bags from the parking garage. The standard room was okay, i certainly expected more from a five... More

We originally booked another hotel in Bruges....about 5 months ago! We received an email from Grand Hotel Casselburgh 24 hours before our check-in date to say they could not accommodate us and would be transferring our booking to the Dukes Palace Hotel, and would be covering the additional costs. We have very much enjoyed our stay. The rooms are very... More

We stayed for 3 nights at the end of March & had an amazing time, the hotel is well located in the centre, lovely rooms with a great bathroom, we had a garden view. The bar is very nice overlooking the gardens, serving great cocktails. We ate in the restaurant one night & the food was first class & very... More

The hotel looks very nice from the outside as well as from the inside. The rooms are spacious and cozy. It is located practically in the city center. The variety of food served during breakfast is big. The hotel definitely deserves 5*.

The building and rooms are fabulous. Definitely 5*. However, if you choose to stay here, be prepared for a lacklustre service. At reception you are guaranteed a wait; housekeeping that turns up before 9 or at 10 to 4, but never when you are out and the service at breakfast will only be available when you have waited and then... Stayed here for a few nights during a short visit to Bruges. Location is extremely central, yet just set off a main thoroughfare and therefore nice and quiet. Rooms are a very good size, however temperature a bit erratic and air con not working particularly well. Lovely room for breakfast and a great choice of food. The bar is also... More

The hotel was beautiful in very close walking distance to local sites. The room was luxurious and staff very helpful. The coffee machine in room was great once we figured how to use it as there were no instructions. The shops were great and not too expensive. The canal tour was worth taking time out for. Crowne chocolate shop sold... More

What a beautiful and stunning place. Gorgeous, peaceful, quiet and elegant. Its location is perfect adding to the charm of the stay in Brugge. Situated near to the main square and a main shopping street housing clothes, ice cream parlours, chocolatiers and a supermarket (for teabags!) this was great. We opted to have breakfast out we'd recommend cafe meridian and... More
