Had a 2 night stay here. Excellent welcome from reception staff. A lovely big room with a garden view. Breakfast was outstanding with the largest selection of breads, pastries, hot food, cold buffet, with chocolate and Cava !! The service from the hotel staff was exceptional throughout our stay. Location was perfect. We will definitely be returning. Shame no pool... More

It's not everyday that we get to spend some nights in a historic building, And this 15th century residence has all the amenities to make the stay very pleasant, Cleanliness, luxury and professionalism are the 3 main elements of this hotel. Rooms are large and quiet, breakfast tasty and of good quality. And not to mention this is the only... More

we were staying at the sister hotel- Castleburgh- and decided to have our first dinner at Dukes. We were not disappointed- the food was absolutely brilliant and the service equally so. This is a very special location for special occasions I think

This is a really central well positioned hotel, staff were lovely and hotel was very clean ,though room really was only spruced up between days. To be fair we only slept there and room was nice ,bathrooms nice it was very much like staying in a Sofitel hotel.i wouldn't say it was a 5 star experience, but perfectly adequate for a... More

As the title suggests, a lovely old hotel, not the pinnacle of 5 star luxury, so don't expect someone to park your car for you, however, the hotel is in a perfect location for exploring Bruges' city centre. The hotel is comfortable, and cosy, and with such fantastic décor and architecture. Only a stone’s throw from the Belfry, and within... More

I would recommend Hotel Dukes Palace to anyone wanting to visit beautiful Belgium. My room was very spacious and clean. My son had the top floor room and I had the main floor kind bed. I could walk to anything around and the train station was very close. The building is very beautiful and the staff was great. Will be... More

Stayed at this elegant hotel 3 nights from 21/3/15 to 24/3/15. Booked through Secret Escapes and my husband and I were given a free upgrade to a Superior Garden View Room. From the moment you walk into this magnificent building, you are made to feel special. The check- in procedure went smoothly and staff were professional and very helpful. All... More

Stayed for three nights. We stayed in a luxury suite which we nicknamed the Attic room as was located in the roof with very little natural light. The room was clean but dated. Bathroom large but shower was poor. Toiletries provided were sadly lacking both in quantity and in quality. Staff were friendly except for bar staff who were downright... More

Our decision to go to Bruges was rather last minute and I had not done much research prior to heading to the town. I booked this hotel with my fingers crossed and I was not let down, for even a second. We stayed on the historic side of the hotel and were delighted with our room. They had actually upgraded... "Luxe, calme et volupté", the French have a way of summarising perfect well being. And that's what you can find in "Dukes' Palace". This historical palace is the only 5* hotel in Flanders and walking around in it you will feel like a Duke. The staff is very friendly and when we checked in we got an invitation to taste... More
