Great hotel, wonderful location, Markt square within a few minutes walking distance. The restaurant food is excellent quality although the menu is limited. Attentive service from the check in through to pre dinner drinks in the bar.

I recently stayed in Bruges with friends who stayed in different types of hotels. I chose this one because it was five star and it really exceeded all expectations. I stayed here on my own. Only one very tiny gripe - lifts use electronic scanning which is a great thing to do for security but took a while to get... More

We booked three nights with friends and secured a great deal. Whilst not in the top ten of Trip Advisor hotels in Bruges we were quite happy to make the booking. Our experience was excellent. Our room (327) did not have a particularly good view but everything else was super - furnishings, cleanliness, facilities. The bathroom had both a bath... More

This hotel is well located and the staff are nice enough. The rooms are dull and there are things missing that you would expect in a 4 star hotel: walk-in shower, tea / coffee and a kettle, ironing board (you have to request one), bottled water. The double bed comprised of 2 single mattresses which we always find annoying, and... More

This hotel has two things going for it: - close to tourist attractions/ old city/ museums - charming, hardworking young staff Everything else is really second rate. The building itself is rather nice : Old, high ceilings , some charm. The decor is the worst. It is just tasteless and very cheap looking. This is a country that seems to... More

Stayed here for 2 nights for a weekend break, got Eurostar to Brussels then connection here. Taxi to hotel. Hotel was perfect from start to finish and really was faultless. We were staying in a suite and on arrival they upgraded to an even better room which was a good start! The room was amazing with huge bed, lounge area... More

Stayed here for 2 nights with my wife and another couple. The staff are extremely friendly, helpful and full of smiles. The rooms are beautifully appointed and the beds are very comfortable. We only had breakfast in the hotel but it is by far one of the best breakfast experiences I've ever had with a massive selecting including sparkling wine... More

I brought my girlfriend to Bruges for her birthday recently and the hotel was brilliant. It is situated just a few minutes walk from the main square but being down a small side street makes it even better. The building and grounds are kept in immaculate condition by the very polite and attentive staff. We stayed in room 120 with... More

Beautiful hotel in the heart of Brugge. It was a little difficult to find as the road to the hotel was under repair and street closed off. We stumbled across the hotel parking garage and managed to get in to it and check in to our rooms. The rooms, beds and linens were wondeful. Recommend you do at least the... More

had a very nice stay at Duke's Palace over the weekend. We were in a "family duplex" room which was two levels - kind of like our own little apartment. Very comfortable. Breakfast at the hotel restaurant was also very good, but expensive at 25 euro apiece... not unexpected at a high end hotel. The hotel bar was nice, but... More
