Perfectly located just a couple of blocks from the Markt Square and old town. It certainly seemed to meet all of our qualifications for being a 4-5 star hotel. A great garden area, a wonderful breakfast and very helpful and pleasant staff. Couldn't have stayed in a better facility. We were there in August for 3 nights.

Recently stayed at this hotel in Bruges it is in a fantastic location with lovely old world charm and very friendly staff. We were lucky enough to be upgraded to a junior suite which was a lovely room very large with very high ceilings and lots of character. The breakfast is amazing and includes chocolate and a glass of bubbles... More

This is a handsome property in the ideal location, just a few blocks from the Grote Markt. My husband and I spent two nights at the Duke's Palace. We could not ask for friendlier staff. We ended up getting one of the five family rooms which was located right next to the old chapel. There is a certain cool factor... More

We stayed in this hotel on our recent trip to Brugge, a place I had wanted to visit for a while. When booking we asked for a garden view room, on checking in we were informed that they would like to upgrade our room. The room we were given was on the first floor and a nice large room but... More

I have just enjoyed a lovely 3 night break with my fiancé staying at this stunning hotel in one of our favourite cities. The first room we had was a 'superior' room - it was simply beautiful (as is the whole hotel - it lives up to the 'palace' in it's name!). However I was a little bemused to have... More

This is a five star hotel and the room really lived up to its promise. Extremely comfortable bed, big bathroom. I really liked the window from the bathroom to the bedroom, plus the light on the shaving mirror which was discreet but clear enough to find the way to the loo during the night without the horror of putting on... Stayed for a long weekend with my daughter on our first 'Mother and Daughter' trip ..we fell for the lovely tower ( my daughter has always been a huge Disney fan !!! ) This is in a great position for exploring beautiful Bruges..and every time we walked back .. turned the corner ..and saw it - I felt happy !... The hotel and rooms were nice. Unfortunately we had bad experience with the police and my wife's veil(hijab) and had to cut our trip to Belgium short. In addition, I noticed people were staring in a way that we have not experienced before in our trip in Europe. Nevertheless the city looked nice and enjoyable for the couple of hours... More

Words cannot explain how luxurious this hotel is. We arrived at 1pm & were told we could check in as our room was ready. We had a suite and it offered the most amazing views of the Bruge skyline. Nothing at all was to much trouble for the staff who always had a smile on their faces and were more... More

Beautiful impressive hotel. Staff excellent from check in to check out, reception staff let us keep the bags there after check out which helped a great deal!. Only drawback for a 5star is no coffee/tea making facilities in the room and no iron or ironing board, was no problem getting one however I think that should be standard. Fabulous location... More
