Stayed in Hotel Dukes Palace for one night this week. The hotel is in a perfect location and is a very impressive structure with a rich history. From the moment you walk in you can feel a sense of luxury in all of the public areas. Staff were very friendly and we were efficiently checked in by Manuel, who also... More

Fantastic hotel, well appointed and within easy walking distance of the city centre. Staff extremely friendly and helpful where nothing was too much trouble. Has own underground parking which is handy as parking in Bruges is tight! Well recommended and would definitely use again.

I had a room with view on the garden. Room and bathroom were very clean. I didn't like the carpet in the room because of allergy. Toiletries: quite a few and a very good brand (L'Occitane en Provence). Minibar was ridiculously expensive (3.50€ for a small bottle of water) i went to the nightshop to get a 2 ltr bottle... More

The locations is excellent near the center of Brugge The Gardens are not to be missed--serenity in the middle of a busy city The staff could be a little friendlier and the room that we were in was clean but very barren-could have used a magazine on the table or maybe even a few fresh flowers to brighten up the... stayed for a weekend in july at the hotel dukes palace. It is a lovely hotel in the heart of bruges which itself is lovely. The décor is good, the staff are mainly excellent though there was one breakfast server that was indifferent vs the rest and breakfast quality was very good including plenty of chocolate and cava if you fancy... My expectation were very high upon arrival and they were quickly deflated. Check-in was rather unsettling- too many people crowded around a very small check-in area, but this is not really a big problem. The problem was that we were given a room that had not been cleaned from the previous customers! I was shocked to see upon entrance that... More

We stayed here back in February for 3 night/4 day stay at Hotel Dukes' Palace Brugge, and what a amazing time we had! Every single member of staff was delightful; they were polite, courteous and bent over backwards to ensure we were happy. The hotel was very clean inside and outside. Our rooms were cleaned daily and fresh towels left... More

The location was excellent and the beds were superb. The rooms were very spacious with huge bathrooms and houskeeping did an excellent job cleaning. Where the hotel fell short was the service - we sat in the bar one night for 30 minutes before we left because no one came over. Another night we wanted dessert and they said we... More

This is the only 5* hotel in Bruges and well worth a visit. It is located in an ideal spot for all the attractions bruges has to offer. The staff are all polite, helpful and efficient. We stayed for two nights in a superior garden room. It was clean and very comfortable, beautifully decorated with a huge comfy bed. The... More

The Dukes is located within walking distance of all you want to do in Bruges. The staff are very friendly and obliging. Fantastic breakfast and a great outdoors area to enjoy a drink and soak up the sun in a very relaxing atmosphere. Highly recommended .
