Welcome always warm, rooms clean, breakfast just right, brilliant location. This is my biggest recommendation for Bruges...a great base from which to explore this delightful city. And a good restaurant too. We will be back soon.

Welcome as warm and helpful as when we came for 1 night in March...in fact I would say more helpful as the receptionist phoned Quasimodo tours on our behalf to confirm our trip for the next day and even showed us exactly where we would be picked up. We were in luck as our room was ready - and another... More

Right in the heart of Brugge so convenient for everything. Lovely room, spotlessly clean. A very friendly hotel. Parking is available in the underground public car park (entrance outside hotel on T'Zand) at a very reasonable price - costs less for weekend than 8 hours in Cardiff! This was our first time in this hotel and we'll certainly stay there... More

This hotel is situated at the eastern side of Vriedagmarkt in the street named 't Zand, just on top of the huge underground parking establishment also named 't Zand. If you park there on the southeastern side, the nearest elevator will take you up to just across the entrance of the hotel. Our first impression of the hotel, from outside... More

Very central location - close to main car park. Room ok - poorly lit - we stayed 3 nights and light bulbs were not replaced despite bringing matters to the manager's attention shortly after arrival. The breakfast was ok provided you arrived early -not to clever at replenishing eggs and bacon. Bar staff are likely to close early (11.00 pm... More

We stayed here one night. Service was very friendly. You can sit out on the terrace but you have to pay this separately. The rooms were average. The mattresses were okay but the beds are too small. You bump into each other very easily. Breakfast was really below average, very small choice. I have included some photos. The location is... More

Quite a good hotel will all necessary services. We stayed in a cathedral suite, the room was quite big and bright. For sure, it is not a 5 star hotel, it is an average 4 star accommodation so you can not find any luxurious furniture, room service, delicious food or something esle. Nevertheless, this hotel offers everything necessary for a... More

My first impression of this place was that it has seen better days, and not too long ago. The rooms are fine and in a great location. Halfway between the main square and the train station. The room was clean and a reasonable size, the bathroom was nice, free wifi, they stored our bags for the day after check out... More

As 3* it had no help with luggage - only parking way off in underground area -- small lift -- open window brought in smashing of bottles below, plates being slammed together, yells at dumpster hunters after midnight The breakfast was quite Ok Most disappointing place of my whole trip Never go down to 3 star Restaurant was Great [... At just 10-15 minutes walk through a park from the train station, this hotel is conveniently placed. There is a bus stop and an underground car park just opposite (No. 12 from the station if you don't want to walk). It has a bar and restaurant downstairs and, although it sits in a row of cafes and restaurants, it's surprisingly... More
