Great customer service- staff on reception attentive and very keen to please. Rooms are air conditioned (though took 12 hours to drop to comfortable temp- maybe because when key card removed from room everything turns off!!) Rooms are understated but bedroom and bathroom are very clean and there are comfortable beds. We needed family accomodation and were offered 2 rooms... more

A great hotel with lovely friendly and helpful staff,the food was first class with very good portions,your room was always spotless thanks to the girls looking after it for you,this is a place we will be going back to for an other visit,this time was not long enough,thanks to all at the hotel. more

Booked with Superclubs for 2 nights. on arrival it appeared we were only booked in for one night. the receptionist dealt with this promptly and offered us an upgrade to a room overlookiing the square on the second floor.
