Fantastic central location...five minute walk to central market. Our ground floor room was huge and gorgeously renovated and perfect for anyone will mobility issues. Our gracious innkeepers also provided a small fridge and room safe at our request. No need goes unmet at this treasure of a small and friendly place. Breakfast is amazing both for the variety and amount... More

This hotel is ok but doesn't live up to the good reviews. I thought service was quite poor rather than friendly, the owners seemed rather fed up and certainly did not make it feel warm. This was such a shame as they brought our mood down a bit whenever we were there! Breakfast was also just ok, not bad, nothing... More

We stayed here recently, we had a triple room on the first floor overlooking the small courtyard. The room was very large and the bathroom had a beautiful large free standing bath, unfortunately there was no shower and no where to put toiletries. The breakfast was lovely, eggs cooked to perfection with lots of fresh breads, cereal, yogurt, cheese and... More

I wouldn't hesitate to re comment this hotel to anyone! The lady's were so helpful and friendly and their english was superb! Our room was luxurious and an absolute bargain, the bathroom was large and everything was absolutely spotless. It was very clean and the sheets were beautiful. The beds were comfy and our room had two roof windows with... More

Stayed June 27/28 2014 with 2 adults and 2 kids (11 and 13) in a 4 person room on the top floor of this great little hotel. The room was spacious and super quite for a downtown hotel and worked perfectly for us. Nice bathroom and a king bed with 2 singles (away from each other so kids had own... More

Nice hotel in a good location 100 Metres from the Grote Markt square. Hotel doesnt look much from the front but all the rooms are in the older building at the rear. Our room was on the ground floor, large sized and tastefully decorated to suit the age of the building. Bathroom was huge but could do with some towel... More

We had a wonderful stay in this hotel and were treated especially well by the friendly, thoughtful staff. Room met our needs perfectly. This is a pretty amazing building. This hotel set the seen for a great few date in Brugge. We had to leave early on the final morning and couldn't make breakfast, so the manager arranged a packed... More

The location of this hotel was great. Just a 5 minute walk from the city center. We took a bus from the train station and were glad we did so, as the entire town is cobblestone. The room itself was very nice. It was large and clean. The bathroom very modern. We just wish we had a place to hang... More

The hotel is close to the center of historic Bruges. We walked there from the train station in about 20 minutes . Easy walk but the cobblestones were a bit hard on our rolling carry-ons. We were in room 8 at top of very steep spiral stairs with no hand rails. If that is an issue for you I think... More

We wanted to stay in Bruges and chose this family run hotel as our base for the stay. We arrived in Bruges by train and took a taxi to the Boterhuis. It's always useful to get a perspective of Bruges to drive through it. We were greeted upon arrival and shown our large room (considering European rooms in comparison). It... More
