5 of 5 stars Reviewed yesterday NEW

We stayed here for two nights and it was fabulous. gorgeous rooms, fantastic breakfast and such a beautiful hotel. Emmanuel was extremely pleasant and helpful; nothing is too much trouble. my only slight niggle is we couldn't get breakfast earlier, but I understand most people wouldn't want an early start on holiday. Wouldn't stay anywhere else if I went back... More

Our experience was entirely consistent with the other reviews. Emmanuel and his wife (who stayed in the background and we did not meet) are thoughtful hosts who have created spacious, quiet, and comfortable rooms furnished with good beds and high quality linens. The location is perfect. Breakfast is terrific in every way (food, setting, table settings) and was the best... More

We stayed 3 nights. It is situated just yards from the boats and centre yet in a quiet street. Breakfast was lovely with fresh juice and fruits with fresh bread followed by freshly cooked breakfast which included omlettes bacon mushrooms etc. Rooms were beautiful and very clean. The owner was always on hand with maps and advice on best restaurants... More

Like all of the former reviews, our stay at the Maison le Dragon was a wonderful experience. Emmanuel and Maka were excellent host during our three night stay. Our room was comfortable and spacious. The breakfast was incredible and Emmanuel could not have been more helpful in guiding us to restaurants and sites to see.

I chose Maison Le Dragon after reading all the excellent reviews. It's not often that all those reviews can be so true and accurate but in this case, Maison Le Dragon was far more impressive and special than I ever imagined. The central location is perfect and yet, very quiet. Emanuel and his lovely wife totally spoil their guests on... More

Maison le Dragon is a lovely guesthouse one block from the main square of Brugges. It is run by proprietor Emanuel, who has his establishment running like a well-oiled machine. From check-in to check-out, everything was perfect. The Silver Silk suite was beautiful, comfortable, clean, and just delightful. Breakfast is truly delicious in the breakfast salon. Location is amazing, and... More

Short version: beautiful room, fantastic personal service, huge indulgent breakfast - just wow! Long version: really - just wow. This is the first B&B I've ever stayed in, I'm certainly going to consider others because this was better than a luxury hotel, and much cheaper! All the hotel comforts (ensuite, toiletries, safe, free wifi) were there, and the service was... More

This is not a hotel. It's a guest house where you should expect special and personal attention from Emmanuel the proprietor. He spent a full half an hour explaining how we should get the most out of our first stay in Bruges, providing his own bespoke guide map and he proudly showed us the house which he has restored including... My husband and I recently visited Bruges by train and chose what we hoped would be a special place to stay as it was a celebration for a wedding anniversary and my birthday whilst we were there. On arrival at the property we were greeted by the proprietor who was delightful and really welcoming. We immediately felt that we were... More

A wonderful, intimate b&b with a real touch of class. Location, food, accommodation were all easily The best of any b&b that we've stayed in. The hosts are exemplary with much useful information and so helpful and kind. They offered us a personalised map of bruges and explained where to find sites specifically suited to us. Couldn't find a fault... More
