Slightly dated hotel, but couldn't fault the location, facilities or price. Very attentive and helpful staff, who all spoke English. Parking around the hotel requires a permit, which is provided on request at reception. Lovely breakfast provided Easy walking distance to the attractions of Brugge Would recommend a stay at this hotel if visiting this lovely city

Enjoyed a one-night stay here for a weekend away in one of our favourite European cities. We weren't sure what to expect but we certainly weren't disappointed! Friendly and accommodating service. Continental breakfast was excellent too with hot bacon, scrambled eggs and beans also on offer. Location is great - just a 10-min walk to the Belfort / main square.... More

Based on other reviews I had high expectations. The breakfast was pretty good, as was the location - a pleasant stroll along the canal to the centre, and only a 7 to 8 Euro taxi ride to the station (or 3 Euros each on the no 6 or 16 bus). But the room, though quite large, was pretty dated, with... More

Small, comfortable hotel located in a quieter, charming part of the city. Staff were lovely and with two children under the age of 12 could not have been more accommodating. Family room was huge with plenty of space, both storage and to move around. Breakfast had good choices and of good quality. Would definitely stay again and recommend to others.

Stayed here for a couple nights . Rooms good size, have all the usual mod cons. This place was reasonably priced and has a great location. Situated on the side of a canal , around 10 minutes walk to the centre of Bruges. Close enough to the sights and yet far enough from the hustle and bustle.

Just came back from 3 nights at the Rosenburg and have a really nice stay some of the not so good reviews I read that the staff were not too freindly in our opinion this could not be further from the truth we found them really friendly and very helpful on anything we needed help with but I think it... This hotel was booked as part of a ferry trip to Bruges. It was on the canal in a very quiet area and a lovely ten minute walk into the main square. The room was very clean and well equipped, really good size. Fantastic bathroom with all you need including a stool and heater. The only slight niggle we had... More

We spent a weekend visiting Brugges and the Christmas market. Hotel Rosenberg was perfect with large comfortable rooms, very helpful staff and a great breakfast. The hotels is any easy walk to the city centre along the canal.

Average stay at a pretty reasonably priced hotel. Breakfast was OK and really did appreciate when it was extended to 10.15. On arrival the receptionist gave us a map of the city and marked some key sites, which was very helpful. Only major negative was there appeared to be some confusion about booking day trips. On the first day the... More

Nice hotel not too far from main centre about 10 minutes, rooms nice and clean no view as in the roof space and windows too high to see out of, other that that a nice basic quiet hotel. Reception staff seemed friendly enough offering us a map of Bruges on arrival pointing out the main areas, bus station and was... More
