What a place. Amazing staff so friendly. The location is superb as well just round the corner from everything as well. The bar snacks were so tasty, lovely place to just sit and watch the world go by on the terrace.

We booked relais in a last minute expedia deal and ended up in an executive suite for the evening. Perhaps it was because we had been backpacking through Europe, but this place was divine. The service was excellent, the bed was super comfortable, the room was clean and the view was great. Our only regret was we couldn't stay longer... More

We had two double rooms for single person occupancy. Sadly the rooms were shabby and poorly maintained. The cleaning staff had done a good job but the rooms needed refurbishing. They smelled damp and the plaster was falling off the wall. The spa bath would have been more enjoyable if the bathroom drains did not smell :-( The front desk... More

We had a nice duplex suite wth two floors, wooden beams, spa bath, high ceiling and great views over the water. The hotel is a short walk from the central square, which means it is far enough away to avoid the tourist trap resturants in the centre. Service was good, freindly staff. The restaurant staff are the same staff that... More

I stayed in the executive room (nr 22) and its pretty trendy and cool with a view to the water and built over two floors with wooden beams in the high ceiling. Yes, it's fair to say it has the making and design of a true boutique hotel! Location is also good with everything in Bruges within walking distance (but,... More

Cracking boutique hotel, good location, short walk to main square and surrounding areas. Helpful and friendly staff, top bar and restaurant, in room jacuzzis, high to ceiling windows, amazing shower. Would stay here again no problem.

Stayed here for three nights in Aug 2012. Can be a bit difficult to raise someone at reception at times, but they walk you to your room when you check in and show you how everything works. Modern, spacious rooms, nice bathroom with monster shower head. My room had no view, would suggest a canal- view room. Short walk to... More

My family and I spent three nights, June 3-6, at a suite in the hotel (room #23). While out for dinner on the first evening our room was burgled and our camera ($600 DSLR) stolen. We left the door locked. From what we learned from the police and reception, the hotel's security system was compromised. Someone was able to make... More

I just spent 2 days at Relais Ravenstein and am happy to be home. Even though it was a last minute booking, in hindsight, I should have done my homework. The location is not bad, about 10 minutes from the main square and situated on the canal. Our room had no view, but we didnt spend much time in it.... More
