We enjoyed our stay at this quaint hotel. Our room was small but comfortable and very well equiped. On our arrival we were greeted warmly and the young man kindly took our bags to our room . The location was perfect and we were able to enjoy a wonderful city with ease. Breakfast was good with a lot of choice. The cat... More

We stayed for one night in September. The hotel is located within easy walking distance of the underground parking. On the outside the hotel looks old and with character, the rooms are totally opposite, modern and quite quaint. For the price it is great value. Breakfast was nice and adequate. The pub is nice to sit and have a quiet... More

Situation fantastic right in the centre of city. Check in service excellent with assistance given to taking the luggage up to rooms, as there is no lifts. Rooms very individual and ours had the quirk of a tropical fish tank in the lounge area. Our bed was up on a mezzanine level under the eaves, which may create an issue in... More

Central Location Rooms a bit quirky. Reasonable breakfast.Waffles are available Car parking nearby about 7 euros Drink voucher given, I tried the cherry beer. Being an older central hotel there is no lift. So bear in mind if you are not fond of stairs.

The hotel is small and homely, and is wonderfully located for walking all around this beautiful city. The staff couldn't have been more friendly or helpful, from recommending restaurants to organising tickets for us to go to a football match. A very comfortable stay in a lovely city. Highly recommended.

The hotel is clean, comfortable and quirky but my husband and I found the room far too warm. The major problem with this hotel is its central location which is both a plus and a minus. We arrived after a very long day travelling and we had missed the two car parking spaces reserved by the hotel, we then had... More

Not modern by any means, but such a warm and cozy little place. We had the large room with the big whirpool hot tub and the attic bedroom with the large fish tank. We really loved the location. Right in the heart of the old city. You can walk everywhere you need. We were there for the start of the... More

Stayed here from 12-14 Sep 2014. Nice and clean place, perfect location for access to the city, very nice staff. The breakfast is also very impressive with a lot of options such as fresh eggs, waffles, croissants, cereal, etc. We had to check out at 7am to catch our train to Brussels in order to catch another connecting train. I... More
