My wife and I had a great stay here on our few days in Bruges. The room was quite spacious with a nice large clean bathroom and a lovely view over the canal. Would definitely stay again if we go back to Bruges. Very relaxing. more

We wanted an up market hotel in a pretty quiet location that told us we were in Bruges, not some anodine 4 star with a good facade but could be anywhere and that is what we got in the oud huis. This hotel is dripping in period details, is in a beautiful spot but easy walking to all the sites. The... more

Loved Oud Huis Amsterdam - perfect location by quiet canal but only a short stroll to the centre, and with a handy little local square with bars and restaurants just over the road. Breakfast was really good and always replenished quickly, even the champagne. We were disturbed when other guests brought their dog in though - yuck. Our room was... more

On our arrival we where told we had an upgraded room, very nice we thought! The room was quite a good size, that's the good bit....There were stains on the top cover of the bed, a curtain was hanging off as was the toilet seat and hairs in the basin, also limited hanging space for clothes and no drawers, no... more

A charming hotel and excellent service. Clean, comfortable and all functioned well. Breakfast was good, however, expensive as this was charged as an extra. Good location with excellent restaurants and the old market square nearby (5-7 min walk). more

The hotel is in a great location. In the center of things but away from the train station part of town. The breakfast room is beautiful and the breakfast was fine. The staff was very helpful. They made reservations for us, explained the town layout and even found a doctor for us. The room was a good size but a... more

We stayed there for 2 nights on a special package 198 euros including buffet breakfast . Our room had a great view on the canal and very confortable beds, a great bathroom, the only little problem was drops of water leaking from the air conditioning in the early morning and falling on the small table under it...An original alarm clock...The... more

Good location, charming decor and first rate breakfast are what sells this hotel and I would gladly return with a good price deal. I stayed with my partner for 3 nights in spacious room N°9 on the ground floor overlooking a flowery courtyard. The room is classed as 'garden view' category but does not overlook the main garden so is... more

My Husband and I stayed here for two nights after travelling from Lille. We have stayed in many hotels around the world (including previously in Bruges) and were surprised about the lack of facilities for a four star hotel. The room we stayed in was large and clean but had two single beds put together with single duvets which wasn't... more
