Great location in bruges, right near the square. we had a room with a canal view which had wonderful large old windows and window sills. Room was very spacious and bathroom was very clean and modern. staff were very helpful but not especially friendly. Double bed was two singles put together.

Stayed with my other half in August 2014. The hotel is very quirky with lots of odd features, we stayed in the old kitchen, a huge room but quite dark, the bathroom was huge as well with a full sized bathroom and walk in shower. Breakfast was beautiful, we sat by the window overlooking one of the canals having just... More

Stayed with family of 5, great location, reasonable rates, standard breakfast and rooms with character. Would stay again on our next visit. Very peaceful setting. On the critical side family room didn't have shower and dressers and other utility furniture were mainly decorative not functional.

We stayed for 3 nights here in a garden room in their 'new building'. Our room was very quiet and the beds were very comfortable. The bathroom was spacious and had an excellent shower. The staff were all friendly and helpful, and multi-lingual, and the breakfast was delicious, plentiful and fresh, though the tables felt a little crammed in in... More

Just back from 5 days in beautiful Bruges - wow! The hotel was excellent and the staff so helpful, nothing was a problem and we felt relaxed and so comfortable there. Thank you especially to Delphine on reception when we booked in - really friendly and welcoming. The room was lovely - clean and comfortable - and we will miss... More

Difficult review to write. The location is good, most hotels are conveniently located and Martin Relais is no different, it is very close to some nice restaurants and the Frites and Choco Story museum. The staff are extremely helpful, they booked reservations for us when requested and taxis (Dieter was particularly helpful and gave lots of useful information/recommendations when we... More

This hotel is in a good location, old but well kept and very clean. We have stayed here a couple of time now and will probably stay again in the future. The staff are all lovely and very helpful, the breakfast room does get a bit manic but they have sorted this a bit since we stayed last time by... More

My partner and I stayed here for two nights on the 10th feb. We very much liked the hotel. We had a canal view room which was very nice. The breakfast was included in our stay and was good. Situated within walking distance of everywhere you may wish to see. My only gripes were, a lack of mirrors in the... More

Stayed for 3 nights in mid January. The hotel is perfectly situated on a canal just a few minutes from the beautiful centre of Bruges. Welcoming and helpful staff, clean, comfortable room and a good choice of items at breakfast. One of the reasons we chose this hotel was because it had it's own secure parking a few minutes drive/walk... More
