I don't have to convince anybody that the restaurant "de Karmeliet" (Three star Michelin) is one of the best restaurants in the world. It is!
It might be harder to convince anybody that the related bistro (same building; same owners) has great food as well. It has! This might be more crowded, more noisy; etc. the food is still great...
