Location was good. Gets a bit noisy with windows open. Room was small and a tight fit with the third bed. Bathroom was very small. Elevator access was appreciated with bags to carry. Hotel was clean and modern. Breakfast was average . Free wifi. The hosts were very helpful and hospitable . They made you feel very welcome . I... More

We stayed here for one night in the week before Christmas. We were contacted beforehand by the hotel to confirm the booking which we made through Expedia. Our ferry got us into Bruges early and we arrived at the hotel earlier than the stated check in. The lady who checked us in was great and although out room wasn't ready... More

My girlfriend and I stayed for 4 nights over New Years week, the hotel is just around the corner from the main square, so no trouble in getting to the main, sights, shops, restaurants and bars. The lady who ran the hotel explained to us where all the main sights could be found, she was very friendly and made us... More

We recently had an extended stay (4 nights) with our family. A family of 2 adults and 2 children from Australia and 4 adults from the UK. We have been extremely happy with the hotel. The rooms are a real good size, clean, modern and very comfortable. Really good shower, fast internet, yummy breakfast, and extremely warm and helpful manager.... More

I booked this hotel for the convenience of it's location and was not disappointed. It is literally a stone's throw from the Christmas market in the square and nearby to most other places worth a visit. The hotel itself was pleasant enough and clean and the breakfast was OK if you don't want hot food. I did not encounter any... More

This is a lovely, friendly little hotel, which has been recently refurbished to a high standard. We stayed in a superior double, which was a good size (I've read many reviews of hotels in Brugge saying rooms are quite small) and had nice touches like dimmable lights, helping make it a cosy, romantic stay. The shower was nice and powerful,... More

Lovely clean room. Looks like it has been recently renovated. Hotel has a lift. Free wifi worked well. Excellent location near main square. We enjoyed the breakfast - pastries, cereals, yogurts, meats, cheeses, lovely crusty rolls and other breads. Would stay again.

The hotel is nice and in the city center. It is clean and as I saw it has facilities for people with wheelchairs. The rooms are OK and a little bit small, but what would you expect in brugge after all. The reception is a shop which is nice and the Lady was friendly. We stayed at room 1. Which... More

Nice and charming, especially the hat store. Room was nice, very comfortable beds. Strange layout, but quirky is what I expect of Brugge. On a european tour, one has to be open minded about type of hotel, layouts, people, so expectations should be non-existant. I appreciated the different setting, but had a great night's sleep! Breakfast was almost continental, but... More

This hotel is in a great location, very close to the central market square. Our room was excellent - very modern and obviously recently refurbished, bright and very clean. Comfortable beds. Breakfast was fairly typical for the region, a buffet affair with cereals, breads, cold meats, fruit etc. The host was very welcoming, and keen to see that we enjoyed... More
