Very nice hotel in the very centre of Bruges. Fully equipped rooms with minibar and Occitane products in the bathroom. Cosy bar and salon. Very good breakfast in a roomy and airy breakfast room. Hotel room can get really warm in summer but there is airco which works well but can be a little noisy. Nevertheless I can recommend this... More

Enjoyed our weekend stay in the hotel. It is close to the main square, so an ideal location for getting out and exploring the town. We had a room at the front of the hotel; the double glazing was very efficient so we didn't hear any noise from the street. Air conditioning was good, as was the WiFi signal. Very... More

Beautiful hotel a literal stones throw from the historic centre of Bruges. Some small niggles eg only one member of staff at night but it's location location location. Rooms are smallish but comfy beds, well appointed bathrooms, breakfast functional

Lovely hotel the room was small but had everything we needed including air con. The breakfast buffet was really good, set in a pretty room next to a courtyard garden lots of choice. The only criticism is that the breakfast plates for hot items should be warmed...... Cold plates= cold breakfast. Great central ovation quite a lively bar opposite didn't... More

We had an excellent stay at this hotel, it is clean, well appointed and extremely central. Less than 5 minutes walk to the square. The rooms were reasonably sized, well furnished and in an annexe (we were a party of six in three rooms). Breakfast was good, generous and varied, buffet style with hot food available. There are plenty of... More

First of all Brugge is a very beautiful city with lots to see and do and well worth a visit. The people that we met, outside the hotel, were friendly and very welcoming and enthusiastic to share their city with visitors and all spoke excellent English. This hotel is centrally located, close to the train station and the public rooms... More

The hotel is centrally located, about a €10 taxi ride from the train station and superbly appointed. The rooms are wonderful, clean and comfortable. The gym, sauna and steam rooms are complimentary and located in the converted cellar of this 19th Century building. The staff are really helpful recommending places to eat (no dinner served at hotel) and things to... More

What a pleasant experience in this charming hotel! The rooms were clean and pleasant. The breakfast included a good variety of food, and the staff was quick, pleasant, and helpful. The best part of the stay was the location. It was a short walk to the Belfort Tower, the Burg Square, the Market Square, and much more. We were also... More

Arriving at the hotel we had good first impressions, the location is very central, the lobby and bar area is beautiful. However, when we were shown our rooms on the 3rd floor one of the rooms (room 302) did not have a shower!! The ceilings were so slanted over the bathtub that there was no way you could stand up... Excellent location, nicely appointed room, decent breakfast. Very helpful and friendly staff! I would strongly recommend this hotel. We were booked here by one of their associated hotels when they made an error and overbooked the hotel. We were very happy as this was most likely an upgrade!
