We were given a complimentary canal view room at check in, which was a lovely surprise. The room was a pleasant mix of traditional and modern, however the walls looked slightly tired and needed repainting. The room was spotless and the bathroom was newly installed to an exceptionally high degree. The bed was very comfortable. Service at reception was friendly... More

What a beautiful hotel. The room was stunning-incredibly spacious with great views of the canal. Breakfast the following morning was fantastic, and the staff are very helpful. They were undergoing some construction during my stay, but it was hardly noticeable. I would absolutely stay here again, and highly recommend it to anyone considering visiting Bruges.

Just returned from a wonderful 4 night stay at this hotel. We booked through lastminute.com as a Eurostar package as I found this the simplest way to book. (I found the Eurostar site unhelpful for working out the times of trains and for onward journeys from Brussels). However, it would have been easy to have booked directly as all staff... More

We upgraded to the canal room, it's worth it - a picturesque view, especially if you open the windows, the horse and carriage rides go right underneath the window, really feels very charming & romantic. The base price of the rooms are fantastic value for money given the quality and location, although it's frustrating they advertise a 'sale' at a... More

Yet another wonderful stay, we return time and again and always stay in the same suite on the top floor. I can never fault it and although we weren't informed that there was decorating happening and that pool and sauna would be out of action, it didn't matter! Staff were friendly and professional, check in and out was efficient with... More

Our reception greeting and check-in was personalized and wonderfully executed by Charles and Stijn, My wife and I cant say enough about this hotel, room #44 is a beautifully furnished and impeccably clean suite with a large bathroom and a terrace to enjoy our morning coffee. A very short walk and you're right in Markt Square. We will return.

This hotel is lovely. I'll start with the negatives though, as there was only one: The pool was being refurbished and so there were no spa facilities which we had booked for. Now for the positives: I was a bit sceptical as it seemed a little over priced but there weren't many spa hotels available with rooms for for three... More

Once again our visit to hotel De Tuilerieen was a pleasure. Since our last visit the hotel had been closed for a month for refurbishment on a grand scale including the pool and leisure area, although not everything was completed, during our stay, we could see things taking shape to the usual high standard we have come to expect. The... More

I was so excited to be staying in what looks like a very charming hotel. It is charming. Nevertheless for me cleanliness of the room is very important to me, and it was not up to standard for a 4 star hotel. There was soap scum on the soap holder in the bathroom, Bath towels had an unpleasant odour. There... More

I was simply awestruck from the moment I stepped inside the hotel. The grandeur of Tullerine is exuberant. Every intricate detail of this hotel is perfection personified. To start with, the lobby is beautifully done up in Victorian style with antique furniture and ornate decorative, the bar is by the fireplace with a cosy sitting area. The hotel has beautiful...
