Stayed for just a single night - but wish it had been for longer. Booked using Avios points and from experience of previous bookings, my expectations were not high. I was foolish to have made such an assumption. To be fair, when we were escorted from reception and led into the rear courtyard, my earlier doubts were confirmed. As we... More

The four of us stayed in a family room located across the yard, the car park, I guess. No view as such but it was a lovely big 2 bedroom family room. We could have stayed there for a week or two but sadly only had one night. The room had interesting and attractive furniture, was nice and warm (it... More

We stayed in one of the loft rooms which I think are one of the cheaper rooms, but it's still lovely and spacious. I've stayed in hotels this year where the bed just about fits in the hotel room and doesn't leave a lot of room for much else. The bathrooms are lovely and clean. If you have time, go... More

Great hotel. Lovely staff. Beautiful rooms. Very central. Fabulous breakfast. Nice (if small) pool but big enough to get the "body moving" in the morning after all that walking and eating. Great weekend with the whole family 4 adults 2 "kids" ((9 & 17) lots to keep them interested

We splurged and got the canal view. Relaxing in a spacious, well-appointed room, we felt like royalty. We brought up our glasses of excellent house wine from the bar and enjoyed the fantastic scenery of swans gliding by in the canal and horse-drawn carriages clopping by, no kidding!! The bathroom was huge, with double vanity, a full separate tub and... More

Music blaring from the terrace at 2300+ had to ask for it to be turned off. Constant banging from the room/corridor above our 1st floor room until the early hours of the morning. Drunk Brits knocked on our door at 0420, turned out it was the room next door who knocked on the wrong door. Answered the door, no one... More

Amazing hotel! The room (royal executive room) was large and gorgeous, the bathroom completely made out of marble with a royal bath and a strong rain shower. Bath and pillows were very comfortable. View wasn't the most beautiful but we barely noticed that since the beauty of the room compromises it. The best part was the breakfast. I'm glutenfree and... More

I have stayed at this hotel before 5 years ago but I did notice a fall in quality this time around. First of all I will say that the good of this hotel outweighs the bad - the staff are friendly and welcoming, it is clean and it is so central that it is a 5 min walk to The... More

The hotel, as well as Bruges itself, is beautiful. It is well situated, directly across from a canal where you can take a boat tour if you wish, and about a 5 minute walk into Markt Square. The hotel feels very posh with its crystal chandeliers, cosy bar, white and black checkers floor, and elaborate craftsmanship that is evident throughout... More

My wife and I spent two weeks in the De Tuilerieen and consider the hotel made our time in beautiful Bruges much more enjoyable. The main reason for this added enjoyment was the superb staff at De Tuilerieen. They were friendly, eager to help, made great suggestion for restaurants and tours and when it was time to go, they helped... More
